Luchtverontreiniging
De luchtkwaliteit in Europa is over laatste decennia in verschillende opzichten verbeterd. Maar de huidige niveaus van luchtverontreiniging hebben toch nog steeds een negatieve invloed op de volksgezondheid. Luchtverontreiniging kan leiden tot aandoeningen van de luchtwegen en tot een vermindering van de levensverwachting.
